Responsibilities

• Communicate with Kansas City Sales office and Dodge City shipping and billing departments.
• Organize and confirm correct paperwork for the billing process.
• Process government documents for orders leaving the facility.
• Understand the billing, customer invoicing, and auditing process to generate accurate paperwork.
• Distribute and deliver paperwork to various departments in a timely manner.
• Verify customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information before completing paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Communicating directly with Kansas City Sales office and Dodge City shipping and billing departments
• Organizing and confirming correct paperwork for the billing process
• Processing government documents for specific orders leaving the facility
• Understanding the billing, customer invoicing, and auditing process to generate accurate paperwork
• Timely distribution and delivery of paperwork to various departments
• Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information prior to completing and organizing paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10 key calculator
• Possess efficient data entry skills with close attention to detail
• Good work history, punctuality, and attendance
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Good telephone etiquette skillsPossess a professional and positive attitude/conduct
• Able to operate calculator and computer systems
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, punctuality, and willing to learn skill set
• Capable of working with others in an efficient and effective manner
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available to work 12 hour shifts
