Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will quote repairs, perform preventive maintenance, disassemble/reassemble tools, track parts, and communicate with customers to provide timely status updates.

Responsibilities

• Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates
