Job summary

Magical Moments AB, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead client care on-site in a client’s natural environment. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive culture.

You will manage small caseloads, provide supervision to RBTs, and participate in a team-driven, mission-focused environment with robust onboarding and biweekly bonus opportunities for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• IN LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
