Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Project Manager to lead a large-scale project site in Wenden, AZ. You will oversee engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout documentation, coordinating across teams to deliver safely and on schedule.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and proven experience with electrical infrastructure projects. You will partner with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in design and/or construction of utility-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership to manage a remote, diverse project team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, and client satisfaction for the project.
• Develop relations with Owner, Engineer, and Subcontractors and notify of impacts per the Prime Contract.
• Prepare and oversee cost forecasting and cost-at-completion reporting.
• Oversee billings, maximize cash flow, and manage aged receivables in Owner meetings.
• Present and negotiate change orders with the owner for timely resolution.
• Coordinate meetings and document project status with client and internal stakeholders.
