Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Service Center Specialist to join the Bank Operations team in Goleta, CA. You will handle inbound calls professionally, assist teammates with calls, and research customer inquiries related to personal and business accounts and banking services.

The role emphasizes delivering a World Class Experience, with opportunities to grow within a community-focused bank that values service excellence and digital product support. An on-site schedule is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1–3 years of recent banking experience including branch operations.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Ability to engage in sensitive and confidential conversations with customers.

Mansioni

• Process, complete, and record all Service Center Daily Tasks between inbound calls, including verification of deposits and online banking messages.
• Complete paperwork and related customer transactions accurately while following policies.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and explain benefits to customers.
• Respond to inquiries and maintenance requests about accounts and services in a timely, friendly manner.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer appropriate bank products and services.
• Keep accurate customer communications records and assist with call research when needed.
• Assist customers with Online Banking troubleshooting for personal and treasury cash management clients.
