Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate field installation activities for projects. You will work with the Project Manager to drive safe, high-quality installation execution and monitor progress on site, ensuring work aligns with plan and changes are controlled.

This role serves as on-site liaison with customers, general contractors, and third-party trades, maintaining drawing control, supporting change orders, and coordinating daily field resources with engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating field installation on industrial, controls, electrical, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation practices, field coordination, and trade management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage site safety expectations and promote a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day on-site coordination for installation activities, ensuring safety and alignment with standards and customer requirements.
• Promote a safety-first culture: reinforce safe work practices and elevate unsafe conditions.
• Lead field quality practices: verify workmanship, coordinate inspections, and manage punch lists.
