Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting machinery in fast-paced production.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) and automation hardware.
- Willingness to travel ~30% and work on-site.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and contribute to drawings.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, retrofit, and redesign controller systems for equipment.
- Develop, test, and implement PLC programs (Siemens preferred).
- Maintain machine control, troubleshoot downtime, and support safety standards.
- Design electrical cabinets, schematics, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers on component selection and continuous improvement.
