A project management firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support building projects in Central Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 2 years of project experience. Qualifications
2+ years of related experience working as part of a project team.
Experience in project design and construction elements strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Massachusetts public bidding process preferred (i.e. MGL Ch. 25A, 149, 149A).
Responsibilities
Solicitation of Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Manage the project schedule and budget through all phases of the project’s life cycle.
Provide supervision and technical guidance to assistant project managers and support staff.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organization and multitasking
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
Education
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
