Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join The Paramount, a 240 unit apartment community in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, maintain stable occupancy and provide excellent resident service.

Qualifications include 1-2 years property management experience and familiarity with Section 8, Section 42, or market-rate housing. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
