Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with daily property operations. The role focuses on maintaining stable occupancy, meeting financial goals, and delivering excellent resident service.
You will assist in training site personnel, foster positive community relationships, and be on-call as scheduled. This position requires 1–2 years of property management experience and familiarity with programs like Section 8/42; Yardi experience is preferred.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.
