YinzCam, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an AR Developer to create augmented reality experiences for professional sports teams and venues. You will analyze user needs, collaborate with clients, and integrate AR features across Android and iOS platforms.

The role covers full lifecycle from concept to deployment, using Unity3D/C# and Java, plus OpenCV/OpenGL for vision tasks. On-site office with benefits and opportunities to work on high-profile venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing applications using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• 3+ years of experience with various aspects of game design and development (3D, UI, gameplay, sound, physics, rendering).
• 3+ years of professional experience with programming languages such as Java or C#.
• 3+ years of experience with developing AR features for either Android or IOS mobile platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with computer Vision/Image processing with OpenGL/OpenCV, PhotoShop, or other 3rd party libraries.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling custom assets.
• Understanding texturing of 3D models and have ability to customize existing textures and 3D models based on client customizations.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to determine client needs and performance requirements, then developing software accordingly.
• Integrating AR experiences with existing applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Experimenting with AR technologies to develop prototypes for customer demonstrations.
• Developing experiences using Unity3D/C# and Java across multiple platforms and devices.
• Participating in full feature life cycle from concept to deployment.
• Identifying and correcting issues during testing and QA within time/cost constraints.
• Using Git to write and maintain code and version history.
• Using external APIs and build tools to speed up development.
• Creating UX flows that explain user journeys within the experiences.
