Woodmark Pharmacy Billing Department in Williamsville, NY is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Review Specialist to join our team. This on-site role focuses on facilitating collections across three Woodmark Pharmacy locations and maintaining accurate AR aging records.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in private collections preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Professional discretion handling confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including negotiation and phone/email customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating collections for 3 Woodmark Pharmacy locations.
• Review private, Medicaid pending and third-party balances in AR aging.
• Call past-due balance private-pay customers to collect outstanding balances; document conversations.
• Coordinate with responsible parties via inbound/outbound calls and follow-up.
• Maintain current status of accounts sent to collection agencies and attorneys.
• Coordinate write-offs or adjustments and obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist with daily mail for AR team as needed.
