Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. seeks an On-Site Applications Engineer to act as the technical anchor for the Life Cycle Advantage (LCA) partnership in Tulsa, embedded on the refinery floor with plant operations and reliability teams.

Responsibilities include on-site technical consultation, system diagnostics and optimization, LCA parameter management, cross-functional support for mechanical seals and pumps, and alignment with Flowserve’s off-site manufacturing for turnaround and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in an industrial plant, refinery, chemical facility, or heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical seals and industrial pump systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to present engineering guidance on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site engineering recommendations to refinery operations.
• Diagnose system faults and optimize performance.
• Manage Life Cycle Advantage (LCA) parameters to meet reliability targets.
• Lead mechanical seal configurations and rotating equipment support.
• Coordinate with off-site manufacturing for turnaround execution and supplies.
