The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package including a $32–$34/hour pay range and bonuses for renewal, on-call work, and performance. Room for growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a team in apartment or hotel settings.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience delivering hands-on maintenance and service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Get empty homes move-in ready.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas.
