Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesia and/or Pain Medicine.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage on-site.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly; flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and participate in case management.
