Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Anesthesia / Pain Medicine Specialist to come on site as a 1099 independent contractor for short, 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. The role supports management of complex musculoskeletal injuries and returns-to-work processes in a collaborative, on-site setting with other medical teams.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO with an unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Anesthesia/Pain Medicine, and will maintain malpractice coverage while

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board certification or Board eligibility in Anesthesia and/or Pain Medicine.
• Current medical license in the state of practice.
• Medical malpractice insurance coverage when on site.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on site for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to manage complex cases.
• Communicate with employers and participate in case management.
• Operate under revenue share compensation as an independent contractor.
