SRI International is seeking an Analog Test Engineer to support the manufacturing of microcircuits at their Princeton, NJ facility. Qualifications
Hands-on capability in measuring Analog microcircuit characteristics.
Experience with automated measurement systems and relevant programming languages.
Ability to interpret semiconductor related test documentation.
Responsibilities
Define and implement methods for Analog microcircuit testing.
Develop test approaches for automated testing of Analog devices.
Maintain methods for microcircuit testing using ATE.
Review testing results with end-users and program managers.
Recommend test technology trends to management.
Train test engineers in Analog testing.
Skills
Hands-on experience with Analog microcircuit measurements
Automated, computer-controlled measurement systems (ATE)
Programming languages (C, C++, LabView)
Unix/Linux and Windows environments
Ability to interpret semiconductor test documentation
Effective communication skills
Teamwork and independent working ability
