Responsibilities include safety oversight, inventory control, staff training, and coordinating transportation and storage facilities.

Qualifications

• Safety Regulations: knowledge of handling, storage, and disposal of explosives.
• Technical Skills: proficiency in ammunition systems, storage facilities, and logistics.
• Leadership: ability to lead teams, mentor employees, and maintain high morale.
• Regulatory Knowledge: familiarity with IAW, ASP, and other relevant standards.
• Analytical Skills: ability to manage inventory, forecast needs, and report on operational readiness.
• 5 years experience working with military ammunition and explosives.
• Experience leading a small team of employees.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Security Oversight: ensure storage in magazines or pads per regulations.
• Inventory and Accountability: oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of ammunition.
• Training and Mentorship: develop training plans and mentor staff on handling and safety.
• Operational Support: coordinate daily delivery schedules and plan transportation.
• Compliance and Reporting: apply doctrine and prepare evaluations and reports.
