Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is offering an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-op in Huntington, IN. Mechanical Engineering majors (or Mechatronic with dual major/minor in Electrical or Computer Engineering) will join Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to develop, test, and prototype manufacturing concepts.

The program emphasizes additive manufacturing, design with CREO/SolidWorks, and analysis tools like MATLAB or Minitab, with a 40-hour on-site work week and a pay rate of $20–$28

Qualifications

Currently attending an accredited college or university.
Advanced mechatronic and/or automation concept R&D.
Additive manufacturing experience.
Test fixture concept design and fabrication - hardware and software.
Additive manufacturing standards evaluation (ASTM/SAE/ISO).
Design tools CREO or SolidWorks.
Methods - FMEA, Six Sigma.
Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Analysis tools MATLAB, Minitab.
Hands on skills with mechanical tools, shop.
Computer language HTML/Visual Basic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
