Anakim Consulting seeks AI/ML Security Specialists (Junior to Senior) to secure AI/ML models and deployments, evaluate threats, and guide secure development practices. On-site in Ashburn, VA, candidates will contribute to security policy development and risk reduction across projects.

The role supports secure ML pipelines, threat modeling, and red-teaming efforts, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence enterprise AI security strategies within a government-contractor environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
• Current CBP Suitability or eligibility to obtain security access for CBP EOD.
• Availability to work on-site in Ashburn, VA.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to work across varied staff levels in a government-contractor blended team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI/ML models for security vulnerabilities and adversarial threats.
• Design, develop, and implement security controls for AI/ML deployments.
• Support the secure development lifecycle (DevSecOps) of AI/ML solutions and integrate security testing into ML pipelines.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and red-teaming of AI/ML systems.
• Contribute to AI/ML security policies, governance frameworks, and SOPs.
