Job summary

MGRM Pinnacle Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Application Developer to design, build, and deliver complete AI-enabled applications across healthcare, education, compliance, and citizen-focused platforms. You will work across architecture, backend, APIs, data models, and front-end UX to integrate AI from the ground up.

The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, summarization, classification, and agentic workflows, plus strong full-stack abilities across modern stacks.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including production apps.
• At least 2 years building AI/LLM based applications.
• Experience across backend, APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, Node.js, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complete AI-enabled applications from architecture to deployment.
• Develop backend services, APIs, data models, and user-facing components.
• Create responsive front-end experiences with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Integrate with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
