Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Windows, Excel, Word and Access.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cost reduction activities at the Tucson location.
• Support buy/supply/pay practices and drive process optimization.
• Assist with forecasting material and supplies consumption.
• Place purchase orders for MRO, tooling and raw materials.
• Coordinate supplier delivery schedules to meet production needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier roadmaps.
