Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is required.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or DSC in ecommerce environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience writing user stories, functional documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments).
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams (business, product, engineering).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Adobe Commerce initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of ecommerce features and integrations.
• Support end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations, including catalog, checkout, promotions, and payment workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
• Ensure data, integrations, and platform configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
• Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiences.
• Act as a liaison between product, business, and development teams to drive successful delivery.
