Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed and conveys energy and enthusiasm for learning.
• Guide students in active collaboration and application of learning in problem- and project-based demonstrations.
• Provide rich and regular constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment of student work.
• Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their program.
• Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements.
