Qualifications

• Master's degree in field.
• Evidence of strength in instructional methodology, delivery, and techniques.
• Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the University.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability and willingness to deliver on-site courses at Joliet, IL campus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and fulfill the mission and philosophy of the College of Business and Health Administration (COBHA).
• Participate in and promote a culture of continuing quality improvement.
• Teach in person and blended courses on-site on our Joliet, IL campus.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and USF adjunct faculty training.
• Teach all assigned courses and hours as determined by the course schedule.
• Plan course instruction based upon approved curriculum, syllabus and learning outcomes.
• Design, administer and grade course assignments, essays and exams to assess student achievement as well as overall achievement of course learning outcomes.
