Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology (APA-accredited).
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience, ideally in medical/rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of neuropsychological principles and trauma-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults with neurological or physical trauma.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to support recovery and adjustment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other team members in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating psychological and medical care needs.
• Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to patients and families.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to hospital guidelines.
