Strive Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our on-site acute inpatient rehabilitation and medical hospital setting. You will conduct assessments and provide short-term therapy for adults recovering from neurological and physical trauma. Requirements include a Ph.D.

or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from APA-accredited program, active Ohio licensure or eligibility, and 2–3 years of medical/rehabilitation experience.

Formación

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in medical/rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of neuropsychological principles, trauma-related interventions, and behavioral medicine.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for adult patients with neurological and physical trauma.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to facilitate recovery and adjustment.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating psychological and medical care needs.
• Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies to patients and families.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to hospital guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
