Responsibilities

• Review obligations established by contracting, Logistics and Service Lines to determine accuracy and funding.
• Reconcile monthly accounts payable with the general ledger and related documents.
• Process 2237 and 1358 obligations and modifications daily to ensure accuracy and funding.
• Post payments to obligation documents and manage related entries.
• Assist in training personnel on using accounting and pay systems.
