Responsibilities

• Greet and document visitors per security procedures.
• Monitor access to facilities and verify passes and clearances.
• Provide meeting/room scheduling support.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for attendees.
• Arrange and check IT/AV systems and equipment.
• Arrange catering and refreshments.
• Create proxy badges for new employees.
• Verify DoD security clearances and update BASICS II records.
• Manage visitor laptop registrations and mail distribution.
