Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking motivated Plumbers to join our road-based team serving Seattle and surrounding areas. We offer fully stocked trucks, independence or collaboration, and paths to grow skills and career.

Pay ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with full-time, on‑the‑road work and an office in West Seattle. Benefits include health, retirement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and valid plumbing license or registered as an apprentice where required.
• Recorded apprentice hours with Washington State L&I where applicable.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential properties.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions for customers.
• Prepare cost estimates and explain options clearly to customers.
• Collect payment for services when required and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and stay informed on promotions and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Attend training classes to maintain and expand field expertise.
• Apprentices support licensed professionals and log qualifying hours.
