Reyes Holdings is seeking a Sales Representative in Grand Prairie, TX to drive sales, expand distribution, and execute promotional plans at retail locations. You will coordinate displays, pricing, and events while ensuring product quality and date standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy product. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum state age requirements
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance as per company and state law
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg product

• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, secure trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions
• Coordinate use of product displays and POS materials, promotional events and other promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation for freshness and shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
  
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
