Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an On Premise Supervisor to lead a team across South and West Florida, including Miami, Tampa, Fort Myers and Boynton Beach.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers and maintaining major accounts while driving on-premise sales of cold drinks, fountain and vending. The supervisor will manage ~4 direct reports, travel the territory, and ensure profitability targets are met with strong leadership and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years cold drink experience in progressively responsible positions.
• 1 year previous management/supervisory experience.
• 2 year experience with Microsoft Office.

• Coach, train and develop personnel in sales, distribution and equipment service.
• Interact with branch, area and division personnel at all levels.

Job Overview

On Premise Supervisor - South Florida and West Florida. Ideal candidate will be based in Miami, Tampa, Fort Myers, or Boynton Beach.

The On Premise Supervisor is accountable for on-premise selling of cold drink, fountain and vending. This position is also accountable for primarily new customers (acquisition) and account maintenance on big accounts or problem areas and to access and persuade throughout the selling process.

• This position will be based out of Florida supporting accounts in Miami, Tampa, Fort Myers, Boynton Beach, and surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of around 4 direct reports.
• This position will be working 5 days
• Personal vehicle required, mileage reimbursement program for using your own vehicle to travel around the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize resources – people and processes – to develop a cohesive team to increase profitable volume by providing superior customer service.
• Manage, coach, train and develop assigned personnel in sales, distribution and equipment service.
• Interact with branch, area and division personnel at all levels.
• Manage and measure systems of profitability and volume by channel.
• Manage outlet execution to Company standards through assigned personnel.
• Increase profitable sales volume in all Cold Drink channels.
• Control promotional discounts by ensuring compliance to established requirements and pricing standards.
• Make key account calls on assigned accounts to maximize volume and gross profit.
• Communicate with technicians and service dispatch, and serve as a Service Manager when no service managers are present at branch location.

Total Rewards

• $70,000 - $90,000 / year
