Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven hands-on AI/ML engineering and architecture leadership.
• Strong programming in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in on-premises/protected environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development and deployment of secure, enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Build protected on-prem AI capabilities from infrastructure to models and deployments.
• Guide AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
