Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain total quality and training for multiple product lines within the manufacturing facility.

The role emphasizes hands-on involvement on the production floor, driving quality improvements and ensuring safe work environments. The position reports to the Quality Manager and offers a base salary with an additional monthly bonus tied to productivity and profits.

Qualifications

• 0–10 years experience required.
• Electrical skills and experience needed.
• AutoCAD or similar software required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA and QC procedures with Quality Manager.
• Spend ~95% of the day on the production floor applying quality solutions and leading major projects.
• Own product quality for procured and in-house parts, assembly, testing and packaging.
• Audit processes, organize findings and drive corrective actions.
