ProCaps Laboratories in Henderson, NV, is seeking a QA Auditor/Compliance role to ensure cGMP adherence in the production area. You will monitor daily manufacturing activities, verify line clearances, and document results in electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or a cGMP environment, or 2 years of QA experience.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to learn in-house computer systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with production staff.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor in-process production to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Verify setup, line clearance, and startup activities with checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Record inspection results and process checks in electronic systems.
• Stop production when quality or compliance risks are identified.
• Assist in investigations using root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Provide shift pass-downs to QA team.
