Job summary

Mars Petcare in Aurora, Nebraska is seeking a Technical Resource to lead maintenance on the production floor, build Progressive Maintenance capability, and provide technical support to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, use IWS/FMOS concepts, and drive improvements to reduce downtime and losses while ensuring food safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Document work orders in SAP PM and track PM completion.
• Coach and mentor technicians in problem solving and maintenance best practices.
• Support safety and quality targets across shifts.
