Responsibilities

• Facilitates resolution of employee relations issues to maintain morale.
• Responds to employee complaints/feedback on production floor quickly and effectively.
• Initiates and conducts timely investigations, prepares documentation and makes recommendations for corrective action.
• Communicates needs of employees and coordinates unemployment claims.
• Coordinates with HR and the business to accomplish the plan.
