A leading fitness organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager on Duty in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will ensure that club and exercise equipment are kept clean and well maintained, while leading the maintenance team. Responsibilities include training staff, inspecting equipment, and managing maintenance supplies. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be capable of working as part of a team, and possess experience with cleaning products. Qualifications

• Awareness of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to service athletic equipment if applicable.
• Ability to work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Extensively train new and existing staff to the Equinox expectation.
• Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment used by club employees.
• Inspect and repair all club equipment on a daily basis.
