Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Pittsfield, IL to assist with ongoing store support and project-based merchandising. You will stock, set up displays, and execute promotions while building strong relationships with store teams.

The role is independent contractor, with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay. The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced retail environments, works independently, and can report via mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient with smartphones and reporting apps.

• Retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
