Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member in South Bend, IN to help guests find what they need and deliver an easy, friendly shopping experience. You may create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with duties including greeting guests, scanning items, and assisting with order pickup and Drive Up services.

This role requires reliability, flexibility, and teamwork. Training is provided, including a Welcome orientation, before you begin picking up shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently; support at checkout and with returns.
• Help guests find products and explain store services (OPU/Drive Up/Registry).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist peers as needed.
• Be flexible to pick up shifts and respond to scheduling requests.
