Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with checkout, and explain loyalty benefits. The role offers a flexible schedule; you pick up shifts via the myTime app, with starting pay at $18.25 per hour and a range up to $27.40 per hour.

You will deliver friendly service, help guests locate items, process returns, and support store operations while following Target's policies. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and support store operations as needed.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up and Drive Up guests.
