Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member in Simpsonville, SC. You can shape your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with a minimum engagement of four hours every four weeks. You will attend a Welcome orientation and complete short-term training to prepare for the role.

As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests, resolve issues, and promote services while delivering a friendly, efficient experience at the register and during pickup or drive-up orders.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others and delivering guest service.
• You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to varying shifts.
• You are comfortable working independently when needed and collaborating with Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist guests with finding what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and explain benefits to guests.
• Handle transactions accurately and support drive-up, order pick up, and returns per policy.
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies during store hours.
