Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member as a Guest Advocate in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on delivering an easy, inspiring guest experience, guiding guests through products, returns, and loyalty programs, and working with flexible shifts to meet store needs.

You will participate in training, use the Target App features, and support various guest services, including Order Pick Up and Drive Up, while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.

• Scan items, bag groceries, and support efficient checkout.
• Promote Target Loyalty and guide guests to wallet and app features.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
