ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. We require active engagement—picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts. Failure to respond or work at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) may result in termination.

Attendance and responsiveness are essential. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in structured training. Afterward, you can select shifts through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SMALL FORMATS

This team ensures product availability, accurate pricing, and presentation in our smaller format stores. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking, and customer service, providing an exceptional guest experience.

Benefits of this role include gaining knowledge in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. Typical daily tasks involve greeting guests, assisting with product needs, stocking, executing price changes, maintaining store cleanliness, handling inventory, and supporting guest services like order pick-up and Drive-Up.
