ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to work once every 4 weeks, flexibility can be granted, but you must respond to contact attempts. Failure to work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) will result in administrative termination.

Participation in a Target orientation and training schedule is required. Afterward, shifts are picked via the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction, recovery, and digital services, knowledgeable about capabilities that drive loyalty. Responsible for making shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, and fulfillment areas.

Skills developed include effective communication, problem-solving, adapting to different situations, and promoting store offerings.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests by understanding their needs through body language and questions
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Minimize guest wait times and promote store programs
• Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, ethical, and compliance standards
• Support cash handling and other duties as needed
