About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo short-term structured training.

Service & Engagement

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Ensure quick and easy shopping experiences at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and digital services.
