ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with a possible extension to every 5 months starting December 2024.
You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo structured training. Afterward, you can select shifts that suit your availability.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities, and committed to making shopping quick and easy while providing exceptional service.

The role provides opportunities to develop skills in:

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive experience
• Problem solving and decision making to resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to various guest interactions
• Promoting store benefits and services

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Understanding and explaining store tools, products, and services
• Efficiently scanning, bagging, and handling transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting various guest services like order pickup and drive-up
• Following safety policies and supporting cash operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to learn about products and services and operate technology equipment

Basic requirements:

• Handling cash register operations accurately
• Safely handling merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement by picking up shifts regularly via the myTime app
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts
