About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining active engagement. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4-6 months are required to remain employed.

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by delivering the service standard
• Greet guests authentically and engage with them to understand their needs
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Maintain a clean work area and support guest services such as order pickup and Drive Up
• Support cash handling and other operational duties as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
