About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Operate scanning and bagging tools efficiently and accurately
• Assist with returns, fulfill orders, and support guest services such as Drive Up and Order Pickup
• Maintain a clean work area and support safety policies
• Partner with leadership to resolve guest concerns and de-escalate issues

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally

Additional Information
