All about On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible, personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment. Attendance and active participation are essential.

All about Service & Engagement: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.
